Good To Know

FAQ

Everything you need to know before you join, across camps, weekends, meetups, and Brava Co. experiences.

What's included?

Your masía stay, all meals, activities listed for your experience, and a host with you from arrival to departure. Flights and travel to the masía aren't included unless stated otherwise.

Are meals included?

Yes! Meals, snacks, and drinks are provided for you. This is an all-inclusive experience, so your ticket covers everything from morning coffee to late-night snacks to cocktails and mocktails. Optional gastronomic activities are an extra, if selected by the guest.

Is alcohol served? Is this a sober-friendly space?

Wine and local drinks are part of the gastronomic experience, but drinking is entirely optional. We always have thoughtful non-alcoholic options at every meal and gathering, so it's a sober-friendly space for anyone who prefers not to drink.

What languages do you host in?

We host in English and Spanish. Every guest's own language is welcome around the table, but hosting is only available in those two.

Do I need to know anyone to join?

No. Most of our guests arrive solo, not knowing a single other person. That's exactly who Camp Brava is built for.

How small are the groups?

Six to twelve women, with two hosts, every time. We never scale a group beyond that.

Can I choose who I share a room with?

Yes. Let us know who you'd like to room with when you book, and we'll pair you together. If you're coming solo, we'll place you with another guest or in a private room, depending on availability and your preference.

Is the schedule fixed, or can I choose what to do?

The schedule is flexible. Some guests fill every slot; others spend the week by the pool with a book. Activities are offered, never mandatory.

How far in advance do I need to tell you about dietary needs?

At least 30 days before your session start date.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

A 30% deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is refundable if you cancel more than 90 days before your session; cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Is travel insurance required or recommended?

Not required, but strongly recommended, particularly insurance covering trip cancellation and medical expenses. If you're adding a horse-riding, skiing, or snowboarding experience, sports travel insurance is required.

Is it safe to travel alone to Camp Brava?

Every experience is designed and hosted by women, for women, in places we've personally vetted, with a host present throughout. You won't be figuring it out on your own.

I have social anxiety, will I feel comfortable?

Yes. Our camp culture is built on kindness and inclusivity. We know how nerve-wracking it can be to show up alone, which is why our whole experience is designed to feel welcoming. You'll never sit alone at meals, and you'll always have a built-in crew to join. Within hours of arrival, you'll forget you ever worried.

What should I pack?

We'll send a full packing list once you're confirmed, but comfortable shoes, something to swim in, and an open schedule are the essentials.

Can I book a private group experience?

Yes, that's what Brava Co. is for: private experiences for your team, brand, or community. See Brava Co. →

How do I apply as a creator?

See the Creators section on the Brava Co. page, or email us directly.

Still have a question? Email us and we'll get back to you.

An empty beach at dusk with a single palm tree and a city skyline in the distance.
